On this week's podcast, we compare the films of Quentin Tarantino; we name our favorite Tarantino movies, decide which one we think you should watch first, and we review his latest picture, Once Upon a time...in Hollywood. For our Netflix homework, we also discuss the 2018 Korean thriller, Illang: The Wolf Brigade. 

This week we catch up on backed up movie news, including our ideas on the Oscar noms. We also review the Netflix thriller "Velvet Buzzsaw" and we compare the two streaming documentaries about the failed Fyre Festival, "Fyre: The Greatest Party That Never Happened" from Netflix and Hulu's "Fyre Fraud."

This week horror-enthusiast and filmmaker Sam Wineman joins the podcast to discuss his new short "The Quiet Room." We also talk about the influence of queer-themed horror,  Sam's time working with Blumhouse Productions and early 2000s Mtv docu-dramas. We also review Blumhouse's latest slasher film "Happy Death Day" and for our Netflix Homework we discuss the Netflix Original film "The Babysitter," directed by McG.

This week we catch up on "American Ultra," starring Jesse Eisenberg and Kristen Stewart and written by Max Landis. Cassidy explains his disdain for tabletop games that have complicated rules and at the end of the program we review the 70s blacksploitation movie "The Monkey Hu$tle."
